On 07/15/26 at about 9:56 a.m., Bullhead City Police and Fire Department units responded to the area of Highway 95 and Marina Boulevard in reference to a three vehicle collision. The investigation revealed an 88-year-old Bullhead City man was traveling southbound on Highway 95 in a Toyota sedan and likely experienced a medical episode. The Toyota collided with a Kia sedan just north of Thunderstruck Drive which was occupied by a 37-year-old Bullhead City woman. The Toyota continued southbound towards Marina Boulevard and collided with a Ford pickup occupied by a 43-year-old California man and his 8-year-old son. The Toyota then immediately collided with a Winnebago occupied by a 74-year-old Bullhead City man and his 72-year-old wife. The driver of the Toyota was extricated from the vehicle by Bullhead Fire personnel and was transported to the Western Arizona Regional Medical Center before he was flown to a Las Vegas hospital in critical but stable condition. The occupant of the Kia sustained minor injuries and was also transported by Bullhead Fire to the Western Arizona Regional Medical Center. The occupants of the Ford and the Winnebago sustained minor injuries and were not transported. Impairment is not presently considered a factor and the collision remains under investigation.
