Bullhead City Police MAGNET (Mohave Area General Narcotic Enforcement Team) detectives arrested a Golden Valley man after a traffic stop led to the discovery of a large amount of powdered fentanyl.

Police say Stephen James Miller, 46, was identified as the suspect after detectives found approximately 82.3 grams of fentanyl, drug paraphernalia, around $2,000 in cash, and items commonly associated with the sale of illegal drugs.

The investigation started on June 18 around 6 PM after officers stopped a vehicle near Highway 95 and Fourth Street. The driver was arrested for driving on a suspended license.

Miller was booked into the Mohave County Jail in Kingman on charges including possession of narcotic drugs for sale and drug paraphernalia.

Authorities estimate the seized fentanyl had an approximate street value of $8,000.
