A groundbreaking was held 1/23/24 for a brand new 66 unit apartment complex at the intersection of Clearwater and Riviera in Bullhead City.
The Abbott is a greatly needed 66 unit apartment complex in the heart of the community. This $23.16M development will provide 66 1, 2, and 3-bedroom homes to families making between 30-60% of the area median income (AMI).
Residents will also have access to a clubhouse with a community room, fitness center, business center, and property management office. This will be the first affordable housing development in Bullhead City in over 20 years.
