Mohave County Sheriff’s Office Confirms Capture of Jeremiah Johnson

Mohave County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed that Jeremiah Johnson, who had been wanted on a full extradition warrant and linked to a series of vehicle thefts and break-ins across the Arizona Strip District, has been arrested.

Johnson had been sought since December 5th after multiple alleged incidents in Mesquite, Beaver Dam, Desert Springs, Cane Beds, and Fredonia, including vehicle thefts, foot pursuits, and evading law enforcement for several days.

Deputies, along with K9 units, the Arizona DPS Ranger helicopter, Fredonia Police, and the Bureau of Indian Affairs, were involved in the multi-day search.

Johnson is now in custody.
No further details have been released at this time.
