The future intersection of Merrill Ave and Highway 95 is beginning to take shape. This infrastructure project will shift Merrill Ave to the north of its current location and add a traffic signal, greatly enhancing safety at this intersection.
The project will also pave (pun totally intended) the way for future mixed-use development of this area. Planned development for the area includes new hotels, housing, restaurants, and a convenience store.
