Bullhead City Police arrested Richard Ryan Joseph Leonard, 26, this week, who had numerous outstanding warrants and was also connected to several crimes in our area.

Over the past two months, Leonard entered the restricted area inside managers’ offices at three different businesses and stole money, phones, keys and other items.

He was also identified as a suspect in vehicle thefts, including an incident where he crashed a stolen car on Sunday and fled the scene. Fortunately, there were no serious injuries reported.

His charges include: multiple counts of commercial burglary, theft of means of transportation, criminal damage, plus four outstanding warrants. He was booked into the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.
