🚧 TRAFFIC NOTICE: Temporary Closure at Merrill Ave & Highway 95 – Friday, May 2 🚧
This Friday, May 2, 2025 at 6:00 AM, there will be a full intersection closure at Merrill Avenue and Highway 95. The closure will last for about 10 minutes, barring any unforeseen delays.
This short closure is necessary to allow on-site crews to safely remove the protective covers from the newly installed traffic signal heads, marking the final step before the signal becomes fully operational.
To ensure public and worker safety, the Bullhead City Police Department will be on site, securing the area and managing traffic in all directions during the closure.
🚦 Once complete:
✔️ The new traffic signal will be active and managing traffic at the intersection.
✔️ All temporary traffic control devices along Highway 95 related to this project will be removed.
⚠️ After activation, the signal will be fully operational. Temporary traffic control will be removed, but signs warning of the new traffic pattern will remain in place for 30 days.
