BULLHEAD CITY, Ariz. – Bullhead City Animal Enforcement Officers are looking for a dog for standard quarantine procedures after a dog bite.

On Sunday, August 25th at about 3:30 p.m., Animal Enforcement Officers were dispatched to the Exceptional Community Hospital where a 58-year-old female victim was being treated for a dog bite on her arm and hand. The victim reported that she was walking to the gym in the area of Riverview Drive and Miracle Mile when a dog lunged up and bit her.  The dog is described as a large dog with long hair, and light brown/light tan in color. She walked immediately to the hospital for treatment once she was able to safely get away from the dog.

ACW patrolled the area but have not located the dog for quarantine purposes. If anyone has any information, please call the non-emergency dispatch number at (928) 763-1999, reference report# 24-27831.
