UPDATE The Bullhead City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing and endangered male subject.

Jonathan Varneau was located inside a retail establishment in the 2800 block of Highway 95 in Bullhead City. Jonathan was evaluated by medical personnel from the Bullhead City Fire Department and is currently being transported back to his residence where he will be reunited with his roommate.

The Bullhead City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing and endangered male subject. Jonathan Lee Varneau, 66, of Bullhead City, left his residence in the 1100 block of Papago Drive at about 2:00 pm. on 12/27/23. Jonathan told his roommate he was leaving and provided no further explanation before leaving on foot in an unknown direction. Jonathan has no known friends or family in the Bullhead City area. Jonathan is described as about 5’-7” tall, 135 pounds, with hazel eyes, shoulder-length unkept black hair, and a white beard. Jonathan has no known tattoos, scars, or other identifying marks. Jonathan was last seen wearing black shorts and sandals and is believed to have left the residence without a shirt on. Jonathan has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and dementia and is considered endangered.

The Bullhead City Police Department is requesting that anyone who may have seen or been in contact with Jonathan contact us immediately at (928) 763-1999
