Mohave County Sheriff’s Office Detectives are investigating a drive-by shooting that occurred late Saturday night in Kingman.
At approximately 10:15 PM on March 8th, deputies responded to the 2700 block of Butler Ave after reports of shots fired. Upon arrival, they located a male victim suffering from a gunshot wound to the leg.
Investigators say a black four-door sedan with no license plate pulled up to two individuals walking in the area. After a brief verbal altercation, a male passenger in the back seat opened fire before the vehicle fled the scene.
The suspect vehicle was last seen heading toward Roosevelt St., and later believed to be traveling north toward Jagerson Ave. via Lomita St.
🚗 The vehicle reportedly had four occupants:
Male and female in the front seat Male and female in the back seat
🔎 Detectives are asking for the public’s help.
If you live in the area, check any surveillance cameras between 9:30 PM and 10:30 PM for a black four-door vehicle passing by.
