BULLHEAD CITY, AZ – The Bullhead City community came together Thursday evening for a solemn candlelight vigil at Rotary Park, paying tribute to national commentator and Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk.
As the sun set, residents and visitors gathered along the riverfront, lighting candles and sharing quiet reflections. People traveled from across the tri-state area — Needles, Laughlin, Kingman, Lake Havasu, Topock — truly representing the whole region. Thousands of cars filled the Rotary Park parking lot and overflowed into nearby areas, a clear sign of the overwhelming turnout. The evening featured moments of silence, soft prayers, and personal stories about Kirk’s influence on civic engagement and public dialogue.
Organizers described the gathering as peaceful and unifying, noting that it wasn’t about politics but about honoring the impact Kirk’s voice had on many in the region. “This was about community and gratitude,” said one attendee.
