BULLHEAD CITY, Ariz. – August 6, 2025 – Bullhead City Police are investigating a fatal crash that occurred Tuesday night in the 1900 block of Highway 95, just south of Clubhouse Drive.

At approximately 8:15 p.m. on August 5, a green 1999 Honda CRV traveling southbound reportedly crossed into oncoming traffic for unknown reasons, colliding head-on with a northbound white 2014 Toyota Highlander.

The 68-year-old male driver of the Honda CRV was transported to Western Arizona Regional Medical Center (WARMC), where he was later pronounced deceased. He was the sole occupant of the vehicle.

The three occupants of the Toyota Highlander were also transported to WARMC. The driver sustained serious injuries, while the two passengers were treated for minor injuries.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation. The name of the deceased will be released after next-of-kin notification.
