Name: Jorge Ivan Pallanes
Age: 49
From: Golden Valley, AZ

Jorge last spoke with a family member on December 7, 2024. During the call, the connection dropped, and no one has heard from him since. He was officially reported missing on May 21, 2025.

Family members stated that Jorge would sometimes go long periods without checking in, but when they were unable to reach him for an extended time, they became concerned.

• Approximately 5’5”
• About 140 lbs
• Brown eyes
• Black hair

Vehicle:
Jorge was last known to be driving an older model Ford truck with:
• A toolbox
• Stickers on the back window

BULLHEAD CITY MAN ARRESTED AFTER BURGLARY, BARRICADE INCIDENT

BULLHEAD CITY, Ariz. — January 20, 2025 — Bullhead City Police arrested 41-year-old Joshua Lucier following a commercial burglary that escalated into a barricade situation late Saturday night.

On January 17 at approximately 11:40 p.m., officers responded to the Harbor Freight store in the 1900 block of Highway 95 after reports of a man forcibly entering the business by smashing the front glass doors with a rock.
