BULLHEAD CITY, AZ – April 10, 2025

UPDATE: The suspect has been arrested in connection with Wednesday’s shooting.

Originally, Bullhead City Police were searching for Tony Chafin, 39, of Bullhead City, who was wanted for attempted second-degree homicide following a shooting on April 9.

The incident occurred around 2:30 p.m. in the 800 block of Roadrunner Drive, where a male victim was shot in the shoulder in a driveway. He was transported to Western Arizona Regional Medical Center and later transferred to a hospital in Las Vegas for further treatment.

Chafin had fled the scene before police arrived. His vehicle was later found abandoned in a dirt lot in the 200 block of Willowood Lane.

Thanks to community tips and police work, Tony Chafin is now in custody.
