BULLHEAD CITY, Ariz. – December 24, 2024 – At about 1728 hours, Bullhead City Police Department dispatch received a report of a male suspect in a sedan who pointed a firearm at the reporting party in the 2800 block of southbound Highway 95. Bullhead City Police Officers, with the assistance of the State of Arizona Department of Public Safety Highway Patrol Division, located the suspect vehicle in the 3000 block of southbound Highway 95 and a high-risk stop was conducted. Bullhead City Police Officers arrested Manuel Adrian Villa, 22, of Bullhead City, for misconduct involving weapons. Villa was booked into the Mohave County Adult Detention Facility in Kingman.
