The Bullhead City Police Department is investigating a fatal vehicle versus pedestrian collision that occurred early Thursday morning.
On 2/19/26 at approximately 3:25 a.m., an unknown vehicle struck a man in the roadway at the intersection of Highway 95 and Hancock Road in Bullhead City. The vehicle fled the scene prior to the arrival of emergency personnel.
The pedestrian, identified as Moses James Michael French, 40, of Bullhead City, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Police are asking anyone with information regarding this hit-and-run crash to contact the Bullhead City Police Department at (928) 763-1999. The incident remains under investigation.
