VOYEURISM/ EXPLOITATION OF A MINOR- MOHAVE VALLEY

Mohave County Sheriff’s Office Detectives have arrested Travis Edward Richmond, 37 of Mohave Valley, for tens counts of felony Voyeurism and ten counts of felony Sexual Exploitation of a Minor. The investigation began when a cyber-tip was received alerting detectives to the possession of child sexual abuse material by Richmond. Detectives detained Richmond in the 4700 block of Highway 95 in Fort Mohave and executed a
search warrant at his residence in the 1900 block of Easy St. in Mohave Valley.


During the search warrant, evidence was located to support the cyber tip for child sexual abuse material. Detectives also located evidence of voyeurism, however it is undetermined if Richmond was recording videos in local stores or if the videos had been downloaded online. Detectives are working to identify potential victims and businesses affected by these crimes and the investigation is ongoing.
