On Monday, June 9th, the U.S. Marshals Office requested assistance from the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office in locating two suspects wanted in connection to a homicide that occurred around June 6th in Fontana, California.
During the investigation, authorities believed the suspects had fled to the far north area of Golden Valley, near Cottonwood Rd. and Highway 93.
With support from the Bullhead City Police Department SWAT Team, Arizona Department of Public Safety Troopers, and a DPS helicopter, the suspects were located in a stolen vehicle in the Dolan Springs area. They were followed into Golden Valley, where they ultimately surrendered without incident.
🔹 Jonathan Raymon Mota, 42, of Fontana, CA, was booked on a felony warrant for homicide.
🔹 Karina Rivera-Valles, 34, of Fontana, CA, was booked on a felony warrant for accessory to homicide.
Both suspects were taken into custody without injuries or incident
