Bullhead City’s Newest Affordable Apartments – The Abbott Now Accepting Applications

Bullhead City’s newest Affordable Housing community is now accepting applications. The Abbott is new construction and expected to begin occupancy at the end of April and continuing through May.

The Abbott is located at 505 Riviera Blvd, Bullhead City AZ 86442. Management expects to begin leasing out of the property office on site next week as construction is finishing, however management have been operating from their other-managed property, Marble Canyon Manor temporarily.

The Abbott is actively accepting applications NOW for our 3-Bedroom/2-Bathroom apartments, and have just a few 1-or 2- bedroom apartments left to pre-lease.

The Abbott is operated under the Affordable Housing Program under section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code. This program is designed to facilitate the housing needs of moderate to low-income households. Residency at The Abbott requires that applicants meet certain qualifying standards established by the Government and the Managing Agent.

FATAL HIT-AND-RUN ARREST – KINGMAN

Mohave County Sheriff’s Office has arrested Gilbert Roy Selina, 43, of Kingman, in connection with a fatal hit-and-run that occurred Sunday evening. On November 23rd just after 7:12 PM, deputies responded to a vehicle–pedestrian collision near Northern Ave. and Glen Rd.
