Spring Fling – Boys & Girls Clubs of the Colorado River

The News Team

The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Colorado River will be hosting our Spring Fling event on Saturday,

April 12th from 10am – 2pm at the Boys & Girls Club, 2250 Highland Road, in Bullhead City.

This event will be free and open to the public.

Our goal with this event is to provide a safe and fun place for our families to enjoy some

Easter/Spring activities and to help promote our local businesses, clubs and organizations.

Our Spring Fling is a Spring/Easter Experience that isn’t “all about candy”.

We will have food trucks and merchant vendors throughout the area for friends and families to

peruse while the younger kids, ages 0 – 12, are busy coloring, playing games, “hunting” for eggs,

taking pictures and of course, visiting with the Easter bunny! This is a fundraising event so we will

be selling raffle tickets at the door for $1.00 each, (or, the more you buy, the more you get), for a

large assortment of prizes being raffled off. The drawings will begin at 1pm and continue until all

prizes have been distributed. Must be present to win. There will also be one “GRAND PRIZE”

item raffled off at 2pm, these tickets will also be available at the door for $5.00 per ticket, (or, the

more you buy, the more you get), and you do not need to be present to win this item. We will call

the winner by 6pm on the day of the event.

Request for Participation

We are looking for Sponsors and Vendors that would like to participate and help to make this the

absolute best springtime event for our community.

What we are asking from our sponsors:

1) Please bring a “carnival type” game that is quick and easy to play.

(Ring toss, corn hole, match game, etc. Nothing with hard balls please).

2) 400+ plastic eggs filled with candy or small prizes.

You will have a 6×4 foot table set up for you with 2 chairs. You may decorate your space any way

you would like, keeping to the Happy Easter or Springtime themes. You will have an

approximate 10-foot area beside your table to set up your game. You may also bring any

advertising and/or marketing materials to hand out as well. All Sponsor booths will be inside of

the gym which is where all the main activities will be held.

What we are asking from our vendors:

There are no space or booth fees for this event. We do ask that you donate a gift basket

or a “meal certificate” with a minimum $10 value that we can add to our raffle table. The raffle

table is part of our fundraising and 100% of the ticket sales goes right to our local Boys & Girls

Clubs.Food Trucks will be located outside, all other vendors will have their choice of being outside or

inside our gymnasium which is where all the main activities will be held. You may decorate your

space any way you would like, keeping to the Happy Easter or Springtime themes.

If you would like to participate, please register by sending your name, phone number, and

business/organization name and description to amberlie@clubriver.org.Please include whether

you are a Sponsor or a Vendor. We ask that you drop off your raffle donation by April 1st at the

event location. Please call 928-763-1411 for drop-off times. You can also email for any further

information or questions you may have
