BULLHEAD CITY, Ariz. — January 20, 2025 — Bullhead City Police arrested 41-year-old Joshua Lucier following a commercial burglary that escalated into a barricade situation late Saturday night. On January 17 at approximately 11:40 p.m., officers responded to the Harbor Freight store in the 1900 block of Highway 95 after reports of a man forcibly entering the business by smashing the front glass doors with a rock.

Mohave County Sheriff’s Office has arrested Gilbert Roy Selina, 43, of Kingman, in connection with a fatal hit-and-run that occurred Sunday evening. On November 23rd just after 7:12 PM, deputies responded to a vehicle–pedestrian collision near Northern Ave. and Glen Rd. Medical crews were performing life-saving measures on the victim, identified as Robert Lee Tighe, 42, of Kingman, who was later pronounced deceased at Kingman Regional Medical Center.

📌 On September 5, 2025, deputies responded to the area of Windmill Ranch Rd. after a reporting party discovered a large cardboard box and suspected there was a body inside. Deputies confirmed the box contained the remains of a female subject, later identified through fingerprints as 57-year-old Carolyn Ann Bosher, a transient from Las Vegas.

KINGMAN, AZ – On Monday morning, September 22, at approximately 9:22 a.m., deputies with the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office responded to Cerbat Elementary School after receiving a report of a student in possession of illegal items on campus.

On December 12, 1989, the body of a woman—stabbed multiple times and left in the desert near White Hills Road in Mohave County—was discovered. For decades, her identity remained unknown… until now. Thanks to the tireless efforts of the Special Investigations Unit (SIU), the victim has been identified as Marina Ramos, a mother from Bakersfield, California, who vanished in 1989 along with her two infant daughters, Elizabeth (14 months) and Jasmin (2 months).
